Single Trip Travel Insurance

Our single trip policy is ideal for short breaks, family holidays or over 65 travel insurance. If you plan to travel more than once in any 12 month period annual travel insurance may be cheaper.

Annual Travel Insurance

If you are a frequent traveler and require a multi-trip policy our annual travel insurance provides 12 months cover, allowing you to travel up to 30 days at a time.

Backpackers Travel Insurance

Planning on backpacking? Our backpackers travel insurance allows you to work abroad and provides cover for up to 12 months.

7 What to do if you have a complaint If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us. Write to Essential Travel Limited, 21 Ganton Street, London, W1F 9BN. Telephone 0870 343 0014 If you cannot settle with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

8 Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS.
