Policy is right for me?
Our single trip policy is ideal for short breaks, family holidays or over 65 travel insurance. If you plan to travel more than once in any 12 month period annual travel insurance may be cheaper.
If you are a frequent traveler and require a multi-trip policy our annual travel insurance provides 12 months cover, allowing you to travel up to 30 days at a time.
Planning on backpacking? Our backpackers travel insurance allows you to work abroad and provides cover for up to 12 months.
To ensure your travel insurance claim is handled as quickly as possible please follow these simple steps:
1 To help with your claim please take as many details as you can, keep hold of any receipts and if neccessary take photographs as evidence to support your claim.
2 Once you return to the UK please telephone: 08700 662731 to discuss your claim, a claim form will then be posted out to you. When contacting the claims company please ensure you have all your documentation ready and your policy number that will start with ET/AXA.
3 When you recieve your claim form please complete this as soon as you can, if you need assistance when doing so please telephone the claims handling team on 08700 662731 who will be happy to provide any help and advice which you need.
AXA Claims will handle all travel insurance claims relating to polices purchased through Essential Travel Ltd using this website.
